Shopping Online With Hive
Do you sell the same items in-store and online?
We try our best to offer the same fantastic selection across both our online store and our Portarlington location! However, there may be times when an item is out of stock in one location or the other. If you're looking for something specific, feel free to contact us before placing your order online or popping into the store.
What payment methods do you accept online?
We offer a secure checkout experience with a variety of payment options to suit your needs. You can use all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), eftpos with Visa or Mastercard logos, and secure payment platforms like Afterpay and PayPal.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are $9.95 flat rate Australia wide standard shipping for orders under $150. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $150 within Australia. Express shipping is available on all orders for $14.95 Australia wide.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 2-5 business days, but express options are also available. You'll receive a tracking number with your shipment notification so you can follow your goodies all the way home!
Can I track my order online?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a notification email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.
What is your return / exchange policy?
We want you to love your Hive finds! If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 7 days of receiving your package for a full refund (minus original shipping costs). Exchanges are available for up to 14 days. Please visit our policy page for full return policy details.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Absolutely! We love to add a touch of Portarlington magic to your gifts. You can choose beautiful gift wrapping on the product page before you add to cart.
